Few days ago,the relative staff of Donghua automobile and motorcycle chain business division come to visit one famous korean stereo garage enterprise customer in Shanghai for getting feed back information of our chains with their stereo garage and the customer gave high praise of our chain performance finally. 

  Donghua has already provided stereo garage chains for domestic and international customers for more than ten years and in the past few years,we mostly supplied  the roller chains for Japanese and domestic enterprises but this time we supplied O-Chain for this Korean customer.In the Oct. of this year,Automobile&motorcycle business division successfully supplied the chains for one Korean famous stereo garage enterprise which is the first Korean enterprise that used China-made chains. We spent one year for the new product R&D and after sample chain passed the test,Korean customer come to visit Donghua factory to make detailed assessment and evaluation ,then approved final order and mass production.For this case,the sales office in Shanghai made a lot of effort for preparation work and offered the detailed product report for the customer. 

  The stereo garage chains that Donghua supplied this time are very different from other type stereo chains it manufactured before and there are high requirements and are O-Ring chains series .Donghua must meet every strict parameter of the customers required such as the pairing tolerance is 0.02/1000 which is 25 times of normal chain ,for example,the relative tolerance of chain length 40 meter is normally about 0.8mm which is approximate eight times of hair thickness. At the same time,the customer has very special requirements for the chain anti-resistance performance and O-Ring type selection and the life time not less than that of Korean original chain. 

  In order to develop the new market and further improve the enterprise manufacturing and management level and strive to obtain the objective of establishing international first-class chain enterprises.Group company decided to accept the customer requirements.During the R&D process of this product,the leader selected the raw material and supplier by himself and follow up all the parts material test to ensure pairing success and often call special meetings to determine the design plan and check all the data with the technicians and packing according to the customer requirements. After delivery,we are waiting for the customer feed back information and recently we got the good news.

  In the recent years,after Japan,Korean parking equipment industry is already in the stable development stage and stereo garage chains has very big market share at present.The successful cooperation with Korean enterprise this time will make a solid foundation for Donghua further developing Korean market.
